From the moment I first reached out to Jose in 2016 to inquire about listing a property my wife and I owned in Oakland, the level of professionalism and communication received from Jose was unmatched in all my 30-plus years when dealing with people in the resale real estate industry . My wife and I had owned a portfolio of over ten (10) properties (single and multi-family) in Oakland for ten plus years, and we were looking for an agent who could educate us not only on the market, but also to smoothly effectuate a trade into several multifamily propeties. This can be a complicated process, as timing and communication are essential to achieve success.
In our discussions with Jose he shared his detailed valuation for each property, as well as evaluated and analyzed the competitive market set for each property. He was thoughtful, thorough and punctual in his analysis.

Jose gave me great advice on how and when to present my condo for sale to obtain maximum selling potential. We sold on March 6th - between March 10-13 the pandemic hit the US. We had lots of delays due to the banks because of Covid19 , but Jose kept in touch every step of the way. During one of the delays, I found the house of my dreams. Jose then switched gears again and organized everything to complete the selling and the buying during a pandemic without a hitch. If you take his advice, as I did, you're end up with a pocketful of money and your dream home.
