While working as a Real Estate Project Manager with Hitachi Data Systems, where Inbsp; negotiated leases, designed space plans, and coordinated projects for Hitachi's global offices in it's portfolio, I secured a total of $850K in Real Estate savings through tough negotiations and effective project management skills.

His is a graduate from University of California at Berkeley where he majored in Architecture from the school of Environmental Design. He also worked as a Realtor, for Coldwell Banker; both in the Bay Area and San Diego, and now covers Sacramento.nbsp;He has been licensed since 2004, with twelve years of experience.
